80 Hours Fronts (2011-2013)
As the 80 Hours Front Designer for The Daily Iowan, I compiled full color, full page, artistic spreads that highlighted the vibrant culture of Iowa City and local events. I loved the creativity allowed in this position. I worked with a team of staff writers, photographers and editors to create a design that complemented the story and photos as well as captured the readers' attention.
Heritage Christian School Website (August 2014)
I was the front-end designer for the Heritage Christian School website. The updated design made navigating the site simpler for prospective parents, donors and current families. I handled all website administration and updates using Wordpress. After the redesign, the website traffic increased by over 50 percent in the first year.
Coram Deo
The theme for the 2015-2016 school year at Heritage Christian School was Coram Deo: Before the Face of God. I worked with the principal and staff to create with a t-shirt design and wall graphic that conveyed the theme and created buzz about this topic throughout the year.
